Scanr.com – A scanner/copier in your pocket.

Need to photocopy a document, driver’s license, receipt, check, or even a whiteboard?  Give Scanr.com a try.  It’s very easy to use and can be extremely useful.  All you need to do is use your digital camera enabled phone (minimum 1.0 megapixel camera, sorry Treo 650 owners =( ) and take a quick snapshot of whatever you want to copy.  Then send the image to either wb@scanr.com (for whiteboards) or doc@scanr.com (for documents).  You’ll get a PDF in your email.  Sound simple?  It is! This service has a lot of potential, and will only continue to spread as most of the newer cell phones have at least a 1.0 megapixel camera.
