Overview
I co-founded Sports Matrix, the company behind Fantasy Sports Matrix, and led product strategy, UX, marketing, and monetization.
The work
The idea brought fantasy sports fans into a shared community around a subject they cared deeply about. My responsibilities extended from the product experience to the business behind it, including raising seed funding and securing a partnership with KNBR Sports Radio.
It is an early part of my product journey, combining a personal interest in sports with the work of building a company and a community.
