Overview
I'm developing Neurovantage around a practical question: how do people turn the possibilities of AI into changes they can use in their everyday work?
The work
The direction centers on an authored core program, with guidance and examples lightly adapted to someone's role and tools. People learn an approach, apply it to real work, critique the result, and save a system they can use again.
The NEURO framework gives the program its shape: Normalize, Experiment, Upgrade, Reinvent, and Orchestrate. My work spans the method, curriculum, product vision, and experience design. The aim is to help people expand their capabilities and carry those changes into their teams and organizations.
